02INTRODUCTION
What is it about?
The initiative pursues the development and implementation of measures to improve the framework conditions and working environment for researchers in Austria.
The focus is on attractive research careers, including intersectoral mobility.
The initiative is closely linked to the initiatives on research assessment (1.3) and the further development of research management.
Goals & Key Activities
- Further development of the tenure track model;
- Development of new employment profiles, in collaboration with universities and non-university research institutions;
- Improvement of framework conditions and awareness-raising for intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility.
