02INTRODUCTION
The overall budget of Horizon Europe is € 95.517 billion. It consists of the basic envelope for Horizon Europe and an additional € 5.4 billion from Next Generation EU. In addition, budget from margins, fines, and decommitments will be made available for certain parts of the programme.
