Field of Action 2: Promote Openness, Infrastructures and Key Technologies in the RTI-System

An open and future-oriented RTI system forms the basis for scientific progress, social resilience and a sustainable strengthening of competitiveness in Europe. This field of action focuses on improving access to research and technology infrastructures, strengthening strategic cooperation in key technologies such as AI and energy technologies, and creating the conditions for open and networked science. The aim is to improve access to research data, strengthen its interoperability, and promote fair practices and skills in the use of digital resources. In this way, we are creating a strong foundation for research that is not only excellent, but also more accessible and future-oriented.
