Theses Paper for Shaping the next EU-RTD Framework Programme

This Theses Paper was the result of the discussions of the Austrian FP9 Think Tank taking place between May and September 2016 in Vienna. The task of the Think Tank was to develop ideas and proposals for a future European Re-search, Technology and Innovation (RTI) policy and specifically a more ef-fective and efficient Framework Programme as an input for the discussions and preparations of the next (9th) Framework Programme (FP9) in Austria, in Brussels and across Europe. To this end, the Think Tank produced 10 Theses as the first main outcome of its work.
