Competitiveness Report 2013

In December 2013, the European Commission published the Innovation Union Competitiveness Report 2013. This report aims at assessing progress in research and innovation performance in Europe and enhancing the impact of R&I at EU and national level. The report also presents the new innovation output indicator on High-Growth Innovative Enterprises. The Innovation Union Competitiveness Report was discussed and agreed with ERAC at its meeting in June 2012 in Denmark.
