ESIR: Protect, prepare and transform Europe's Recovery and resilience post COVID-19

The key Research and Innovation (R&I) recommendations in this report reflect ESIR’s view that the COVID-19 fiscal stimulus should be combined with the European Green Deal  package and public policy across the board to craft an equitable, secure and sustainable system, fit for purpose in a digital age, to ensure that the Europe and its governments arebetter protected, more preparedand deeply transformed, to respond to the citizens’ needs and aspirations.
