New EU Partnership for Brain Health officially kicked off
This week, the official kick-off of the European Partnership for Brain Health (EP BrainHealth) takes place in Paris. The event will bring together funders, researchers, patients and other relevant stakeholders in the brain health field to jointly start into the future of the Partnership.
The Partnership aims at creating a new ecosystem for brain health research and strengthening the position of Europe’s standing in this field. The EP BrainHealth will take the necessary steps to design the European Partnership on BrainHealth serving as a unifying framework for stakeholder initiatives in this domain, implementing transnational funding and facilitating other essential activities to support and enhance the Partnership’s objectives.
EP BrainHealth brings together 64 participants from 36 countries across Europe and worldwide. The Partnership primarily includes national and regional funding organisations, non-funding partners, associated partners, and ad hoc funders contributing to specific calls.
