HR for Excellence Award and RESAVER as tools to improve the framework conditions for research careers

Established by the European Commission, the HR Excellence in Research Award and the pan-european occupational pension scheme RESAVER offer tools to improve the framework conditions for research careers in the European Research Area and the financial security for researchers. As such, they are tools for institutions wishing to enhance their strategy to attract and keep research talent.

The event puts the spotlight on both initiatives and institutions using RESAVER and the HR Excellence Award in Austria – a unique opportunity to learn about their motivations and experiences in using them. Join the discussion and meat with colleagues in the field of institutional talent attraction strategies, retirement perspectives for internationally mobile researchers and the pan-European pension fund for research institutions RESAVER.

This workshop is aimed at HR managers and research managers at the interface of institutional strategy and practice, as well as other professionals involved in talent attraction and the enhancement of framework conditions for researchers.
