Open Access im Wandel

In the context of the preparations for an Austrian national ERA Action Plan, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science, and Research commissioned a study on the current situation in Austria (and also in the EU and internationally) with regard to the transformation towards Open Access in science. The study's full title is 'Open Access im Wandel: Infrastrukturen, Monitoring und Governance als zentrale Elemente einer erfolgreichen Transformation: Baseline Report zur Open Access Transformation in der Wissenschaft' (Open Access in transition: Infrastructures, Monitoring and Governance as key elements of successful transformation: Baseline report on Open Access transformation in science'). The study was carried out by the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) and is available in German only.
