EC launches call for members for Expert Group on Technology Infrastructures
The European Commission, DG Research and Innovation, is looking for experts for the Commission Expert Group on Technology Infrastructures. The call for applications for the selection of members of the Expert Group is open until 11 December 2023.
The expert group will assist the Commission in further strengthening the provision of technology infrastructures to European industry including SMEs and start-ups. The group will support the Commission in the identification of strategic pilot areas for investments in TIs based on industrial needs analysis and appropriate selection criteria, and to develop (a) European level coordination mechanism(s). The ultimate aim is to foster the availability, accessibility and visibility of TIs, their services and interconnections at EU level, their complementarities and synergies with research infrastructures, and their role to support industrial excellence, innovation, and the twin transitions in line with sectorial industrial policies, strategies and roadmaps.
