ERA LEARN publishes policy brief on synergies between ESIF and P2Ps
On 18 March 2020, ERA LEARN published a policy brief on the potential coordination between European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and transnational P2P. The paper aims at supporting all relevant stakeholders, especially managing authorities in addressing the issue of synergies between ESIF and future European Partnerships by providing advice and concrete tools for the drafting of future operational programmes.
The policy brief addresses the policy level and the operational level. On the policy level, the paper identifies new elements of the European Commission‘s proposals for EU programmes 2021-2027 by following information circulated and documents currently under discussion. On the operational level, the work focused on finding best practices for the optimal combination of funding related to Partnership Instruments in the current programming period.
