Commission opens feedback period on institutionalised partnerships in Horizon Europe
On 30 July 2019, the European Commission published Inception Impact Assessments on seven intended institutionalised partnerships (Art. 185 and 187 Initiatives), to inform citizens and stakeholders about the Commission's plans under the next Framework Programme. Roadmaps are open for feedback for 4 weeks. The feedback provided will be taken into account for further development and fine tuning of the initiatives. The Commission will summarise the input received in a synopsis report explaining how the input will be taken on board and, if applicable, why certain suggestions cannot be taken up.
For example, feedback can be given to the proposal for a Partnership for “Innovative Health”, which aims to provide a collaborative platform for precompetitive R&I where small and big companies can join forces with researchers, patients, healthcare professionals and regulators. This cooperation with partners such as the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical devices, imaging, biotech and digital industries, shall help accelerating the development and uptake of innovation in the area of public health.
