1,351 researchers receive new Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship grants
On 14 February 2019, the European Commission presented the results of the latest Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowships call. The grants are worth a total of €273 million. The funding represents an increase of €24.3 million compared to the previous call in 2017.
In addition to the 1.351 grants awarded under the current call, 33 Widening Fellowships will be awarded to excellent researchers in European countries currently less represented in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
As part of another strand which provides co-funding for regional, national and international programmes, the Commission also announced that the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions will support 14 doctoral and 14 post-doctoral research training programmes from nine EU Member States and one associated country with up to €80 million over five years, supporting around 1,000 additional scientists.TOP
