Neth-ER publishes vision paper on Cohesion Policy post-2020
After the publication of the vision paper on FP9 and Erasmus+, Neth-ER has published its third vision paper on Cohesion Policy post-2020. With this paper, Neth-ER aims to contribute to the negotiations on the next Multiannual Financial Framework and its funding programmes. Particularly, it calls for “a coherent, inclusive and sustainable 'knowledge first' policy, in order for Europe to optimally develop a knowledge-based society” and emphasises its key principles, which are interregional cooperation, human innovation capacity and valorisation by promoting the innovation chain.
