EC publishes SME Instrument call results
The European Commission (EC) has published the latest call results for the 15 February 2017 cut-off date for the SME instrument (Phase I) in a "Flash Call Info" on its Participant Portal. A total of 2,111 proposals were submitted by this cut-off date. 383 of these proposals were above threshold, requesting a budget of over € 19 million. A total of 178 projects was proposed for funding, with a total budget of € 8.9 million.
The evaluation of proposals was carried out by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME). The first grant agreements are expected to be signed by mid-May.
