EUA launches member consultation on Horizon 2020 and ERASMUS+
Ahead of the European Commission's official mid-term review of Horizon 2020 and ERASMUS+ in 2017, the European University Association (EUA)= has launched a member consultation on these two programmes. Thus the EUA wants to ensure that the experiences of universities, which are key stakeholders and beneficiaries of the programmes, are taken into consideration in the mid-term review, which will then feed into the first preparations of the next generation of funding programmes after 2020.
The member consultation is carried out via two separate online questionnaires and will be open until Monday, 29 February 2016. It is intended to enable universities to give direct feedback on the pressing issues in both programmes. The questionnaires address all stages of the project cycle, including proposal submission and evaluation, grant management, financial aspects etc. They include both technical as well as strategic questions and focus on three dimensions: simplification, improvement and sustainability.
