ERC Identification Committee launches renewal process for Scientific Council
The standing ERC Identification Committee conducts regular consultations with the research community in Europe to maintain and replenish its pool of possible candidates for Scientific Council membership. The 2017 ERC renewal exercise has been recently launched, and the Committee has been again called upon to propose new members in order to replace those whose term of office expires in December 2016.
The methodology that the Committee will follow includes a statement of qualifications for the candidates to the ERC Scientific Council. Self-nominations will not be considered, and the Committee will only consider candidacies accompanied by a short statement by the nominating organisation regarding the qualifications and profile of each candidate, adequate for it to make an informed judgement.
Responses should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . The deadline is 6 January 2016.
