MSCA RISE Call receives 363 proposals
A total of 363 proposals have been submitted to the Marie Sklodowska Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (MSC RISE) Call under Horizon 2020. This was announced by the European Commission on its Participant Portal on 11 May 2015. The Call closed on 28 April 2015.
The largest number of proposals was received by the Information Science and Engineering scientific panel, with a total of 114 proposals, followed by Life Sciences (52) Environment and Geosciences (51), Physics (41), Social Sciences and Humanities (40), Chemistry (37), Economic Sciences (17) and Mathematics (11).
International and inter-sectoral cooperation through the Research and Innovation Staff Exchanges (RISE) is a Marie Sklodowska Curie Action which supports short-term mobility of research and innovation staff at all career levels, from the most junior (post-graduate) to the most senior (management), including also administrative and technical staff. It is open to partnerships of universities, research institutions, and non-academic organisations both within and beyond Europe. In worldwide partnerships, academia-to-academia exchanges are permitted.
