Towards „Horizon Europe"

While "Horizon 2020" is on the home stretch, preparations for the 9^th EU Framework Programme "Horizon Europe" are running at top speed. The corresponding proposal from the European Commission is expected at the beginning of June this year and will be negotiated during the Austrian EU Presidency in the second half of 2018.

Close to the publication of the proposal we would like to inform you about innovations and priorities of "Horizon Europe". Wolfgang Burtscher, Deputy Director General of the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, will present the Commission proposal and discuss it with experts.
