EUA publishes snapshot survey on impact of Covid-19 pandemic on universities

The European University Association (EUA) has published a snapshot survey on the impact of Covid-19 on universities. The survey, which was published on 17 November, is based on the replies of 26 national rectors’ conferences across Europe. The results provide an overview of the continued impact of the pandemic on higher education institutions at the beginning of the academic year 2021/22. The survey focusses on education provision and practices regarding vaccination and testing.
All data is dated 14 October 2021. However, the EUA points out that the situation in many countries is reported to be changing quickly, in adaptation to the general course of the pandemic, and respective national or regional regulations.
