EU supports Moldova’s Horizon Europe Office

As of September 2025, the EU is supporting Moldova’s Horizon Europe Office to better assist researchers, innovators, and SMEs in joining Horizon Europe research and innovation projects. The Moldovan Horizon Europe Office began its activities in 2023. As of September 2025, the European Union is providing financial support to the Moldovan Horizon Europe Office to support the Republic of Moldova to enhance the quality of proposals, the competitiveness of researchers, innovators and SMEs, and to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange. This support scheme runs from September 2025 until August 2028.

The Horizon Europe Office is hosted by the National Agency for Research and Development of the Republic of Moldova.
