EC publishes results for Energy Efficiency and Mobility for Growth calls
The European Commission (EC) has published the flash call information for two recent calls under Horizon 2020 on its Participant Portal.
The Energy Efficiency call 2016-17 in the "Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy" work programme under the Horizon 2020 Societal Challenges pillar closed on 7 June 2017. It received a total of 203 proposals, 57 of which were above threshold, requesting a total budget of nearly € 96 million. The total budget available for this call is € 55 million. The EC has recently informed the applicants about the evaluation results for their proposals and expects the grant agreements to be signed by February 2018 at the latest.
The single-stage Mobility for Growth 2016-17 call in the "Smart, Green and Integrated Transport" work programme under the Horizon 2020 Societal Challenges pillar received a total of 100 full proposals for 12 different topics. The largest share was accounted for by "Maintaining industrial leadership in aeronautics (18 proposals) and "Resilience to extreme (natural and man-made) events" (13 proposals).
