EARTO publishes inputs on FP10

On 8 September 2023, EARTO published a statement on the next European Research & Innovation Framework Programme. The paper is addressed to ERAC and highlights 6 strategic issues. EARTO calls on ERAC and the Commission services to define FP10 priorities to effectively structure and manage the FPs to align EU policies and RD&I programming by design. Another issue is related to the instability of the RD&I Budget in the Multi-annual Financial Framework. EARTO also proposes to improve the FP’s implementation in some areas, and to launch new pilots on Technology Infrastructures (TIs). Last but not least, simplification for beneficiaries is mentioned in the paper.
