Country review final report on Croatia is out

The European Commission has published the final report on the Policy Support Facility (PSF) Country review on Croatia. The review for Croatia was carried out between May 2022 and February 2023 by a panel of five independent experts and two national peers. The report provides 18 recommendations in 4 main areas. These are designed to support maximum impact from programmes foreseen in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the implementation of the new Smart Specialisation Strategy, and to support capacity building at the National Science Foundation (HRZZ).

The Horizon Europe Policy Support Facility (PSF) was set up by the Directorate-General for Research & Innovation (DG RTD) of the European Commission. It supports Member States and countries associated to Horizon Europe in reforming their national research and innovation (R&I) systems.
