ERA Helpdesk is a service of ERA Portal Austria.
It has been established to support the Austrian RTI community in ERA-related matters. The ERA Helpdesk provides strategic orientation and helps Austrian stakeholders to prepare their decisions.
How to contact the ERA Helpdesk:
1. Please fill in all requested fields (in German or English).
2. Your queries or requests will be forwarded to the appropriate experts. Processing will take about two weeks. If your query or request is not clear, we will get back to you and try to specify.
3. You will receive your reply by e-mail.
Please note that regarding Horizon 2020, the National Contact Points of FFG provide support for you for preparing and implementing your projects.
