Report on European Partnership Stakeholder Forum 2023 available

ERA-LEARN has published a report on the second edition of the Partnership Stakeholder Forum in Brussels. The event brought together the entire European Partnership stakeholder community to discuss policy and practical aspects related to European Partnerships. It also provided a space for networking, broadening engagement and sharing experiences. The Partnership Stakeholder Forum was organised by the European Commission and ERA-LEARN and attracted more than 250 participants.

The report summarises the inputs and discussions during the plenary sessions and during the breakout sessions which adressed important topics for the Partnership community: synergies between Partnerships and Missions, experiences, achievements and needs of the European Partnerships based on the Horizon Europe interim evaluation, the additionality and directionality of European Partnerships as well as openness and transparency and developing a coherent Partnership portfolio. At the same time, the future of Partnerships was also discussed in detail both in terms of their selection process and their design under FP10, considering also their internationalisation and global links under the spectrum of strategic autonomy for the EU.
